Cyberjaya will see its first mall opening in 2013 courtesy of D’Pulze Ventures Sdn Bhd as part of its D’Pulze Cyberjaya development – the first fully integrated demand-driven mall. There are about 40 multinational corporations in Cyberjaya and 500 multimedia super corridor status companies. The area was in need of residential components, a retail centre and hotel accommodations.

The Transformation of the Jurong Lake District - Singapore’s Next Commercial Hub. Residents of Jurong will soon have a shopping mall that is more than half the size of ION Orchard right at their doorstep. Jointly developed by CapitaMalls Asia, CapitaMall Trust and CapitaLand, the S$1.5 billion mixed-use development project is slated to be completed by the end of 2014 and is expected to serve some one million people living and working in the area.
